By completing merchant registration, creating an account, or publishing food items on Halal Restaurants Finder (By GoNetwork Concepts) ("the Platform"), you ("Merchant", "Restaurant Operator", or "Partner") unconditionally accept and agree to all terms, policies, and operational obligations set forth in this document.
You represent and certify that you are at least 18 years of age, legally authorized to act on behalf of your culinary establishment, and hold all mandatory commercial licenses, municipal permits, and public health certifications required in your local jurisdiction.

Food Safety, Hygiene & Statutory Standards
The Merchant is exclusively responsible for complying with all municipal food hygiene, kitchen sanitation, and public health codes. Kitchen staff must hold all necessary certificates for food preparation. Halal Restaurants Finder operates as a venue directory and discovery platform and cannot be held liable for food-related illness, allergic incidents, or merchant-customer transactional disputes.
Pay-Per-Upload Model, Free Quotas & Billing
Halal Restaurants Finder operates on a transparent, pay-as-you-go upload credit model with no recurring monthly subscriptions:
- Complimentary Starter Quota: Every verified restaurant receives 5 Free Food Uploads upon registration to showcase initial menu specialties.
- Pay-Per-Upload Credits: Once the 5 free uploads are utilized, merchants may purchase additional upload credits individually or in bundles at the platform rate configured by platform administrators.
- Non-Expiring Slots: Purchased upload credits remain permanently credited to your account and never expire.
- Secure Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely via certified payment gateways (such as Paystack). All fees are non-refundable once upload slots are credited.
Platform Moderation, Suspension & De-listing
All new restaurants and food uploads enter a Pending verification queue before becoming publicly visible. Halal Restaurants Finder reserves the unequivocal right to deny, suspend, or terminate any account that:

- Receives persistent and verified complaints regarding food cleanliness, hygiene, or dishonest pricing.
- Infringes upon third-party trademarks, copyrights, or legal regulations.
Intellectual Property & Media License
You retain full ownership of your logos, trade names, and culinary photos. By submitting media to Halal Restaurants Finder, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to index, display, and promote your brand across our websites, mobile apps, social media channels, and advertising campaigns.
Limitation of Liability & Indemnification
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Halal Restaurants Finder and its directors, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from technical downtime or platform interruptions. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Halal Restaurants Finder against any legal claims resulting from your violation of Halal commitments, food handling errors, or regulatory breaches.
